I love learning about new software and teaching others how to use them! I’m always learning about new products, industries, and technologies for projects, client work, and personal interests! I’m an experienced instructional designer and consultant with 17 years of combined work experience in product training, implementation, sales, account management, and customer success.  My services currently focus on providing learning experiences on digital products, software, and services.

I’ve enjoyed training other professionals on how to use digital tools and resources across various industries, including K12, Higher Ed, Libraries, and Small Business. And I continue to enjoy learning about new products and ideas every-single-day! In working with clients and their teams, I’m driven by the joy of helping businesses and their customers succeed by providing effective and efficient learning experiences!

I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan in Sociology (specializing in Economy, Business and Society) and a minor in Applied Statistics. I also earned an MBA from Wayne State University. When I’m not working on projects or training customers, I enjoy playtime with my two young daughters, rollerskating and rollerblading, cooking new recipes with my husband, and gathering with family and friends!
